Fine Jewellery Since 1948
The legend was unveiled by the birth of Peter Sheung, the late father of Pinky Seung,
founder and designer of Hong Kong-based high Jewellery brand Headragon.
Peter opened his first shop in the Royal Navy Base in Admiralty and later expanded with
branches in Kowloon Tong , Shek Kong and Wan Chai, engaged in the making and
sales of conventional Victorian Jewellery.
Pinky studied Jewellery Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Jewellery Design, and has attended master-classes in the UCE Birmingham Institute of Art and Design and the Domus Academy in Italy. She has a Fellowship from the Gemmological Association of Great Britain (FGA), a diploma from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), and has taught multiple courses with the HKSAR Government and the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council.
Pinky established Headragon Ltd in 1992, a jewellery company concentrating on designing unique tailor-made jewellery for individual customers. Later on, she also created “Paso Doble”, a contemporary jewellery brand emphasising a high degree of versatility, and received the Design for Asia Award 2008. In 2015, along with her French partner Joseph Hulin, she launched Wishbone, another contemporary brand, to strengthen the variety of products offered by adding coloured gemstones to jewellery.
Having learnt jewellery design from her father, who was the designated jewellery designer for British Navy in HK, Pinky has built an industry-leading level of expertise in jewellery design, and have since been invited by the Chinese government, the HKSAR government and various internationally renowned institutions as a keynote speaker on jewellery.
